Cancellation Policy

Scope of Practice Licensed Marriage and Family therapist under the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), and the Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations (DPO). I do not prescribe medication. 2. Appointments & Scheduling 55 minute session length Scheduled via Wix Bookings / phone / email Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be marked a no-show 3. Payment Policy Full pre-payment required at booking. Payment methods: credit/debit card, HSA/FSA, PayPal Superbills available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement 4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellation or rescheduling allowed with ≥ 24 hours’ notice Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full session fee Emergency exceptions may be granted at therapist discretion 5. Confidentiality Records protected under HIPAA Exceptions: risk of harm, abuse reporting, authorized disclosure 6. Telehealth Services Conducted via HIPAA-compliant platforms Client must be physically in state of licensure during session Consent obtained prior to or at first session 7. Crisis/Emergency Procedures Not a crisis service provider Crisis resources: call 911, 988 Lifeline, or nearest ER 8. Informed Consent Clients must sign consent covering limits of confidentiality, risks/benefits, fees, and cancellation rules. 9. Grievance Mechanism Clients encouraged to raise concerns directly to me if unable to resolve you can file a grievance California BBS or Colorado DPO
