Dorm rooms may be small, but they can still be your mental health sanctuary. Try these quick resets when stress hits:

Real Talk: 

You don’t need a spa or therapy office to care for your brain. Although I highly recommend spa da Sometimes a tiny dorm and 5 minutes is enough.
