Finals week = caffeine overload, stress meltdowns, and the library becoming your second home. Here’s how to survive without frying your brain.
1. Plan Backwards
List each exam/paper and map study sessions by priority. Don’t wing it—schedule it.
2. Snack Smart
Caffeine + sugar = crash city. Mix in protein, fruit, and actual water. (Yes, water is a flex.)
3. Protect Sleep
All-nighters feel hardcore, but your brain learns less when it’s exhausted. Sleep = memory glue.
4. Break & Breathe
Study in chunks. Step outside for fresh air. Finals are a marathon, not a sprint.
